Terms of Service

1. Service Description

NotifyFlow ("Service") provides automated notification delivery when web forms receive submissions. We connect form tools (Google Forms, Tally, Typeform) to notification channels (WhatsApp, Email, Telegram, Slack).

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NotifyFlow to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Violate WhatsApp, Telegram, or any platform's terms of service
• Collect or process data without proper consent from form respondents
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our systems
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
• Send notifications for illegal activities

4. Plan Limits & Usage

• Free Plan: 1 flow, 100 notifications/month
• Pro Plan (₹499/month or $6/month): 10 flows, 5,000 notifications/month
• Business Plan (₹1,999/month or $24/month): Unlimited flows, 50,000 notifications/month
• Exceeding limits will pause notifications until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade
• Plans are monthly and renew automatically

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Indian users are charged in INR. International users are charged in USD
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
• Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are provided for the current billing period

6. Service Availability

• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• We are not liable for delivery failures caused by WhatsApp, Telegram, or other third-party platforms

7. Your Data & Form Respondents

• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your form respondents
• You must comply with applicable data protection laws
• NotifyFlow processes form data only to trigger notifications — see our Privacy Policy for details

8. Intellectual Property

• NotifyFlow's code, design, and branding are our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of your data and form content
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service

9. Limitation of Liability

NotifyFlow is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost business opportunities due to missed notifications, delivery failures caused by third-party services, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will email registered users about significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.
