- Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy may be suspended

- No refunds are provided after the 7-day window for the current billing period
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

- Include your registered email address and payment date
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
Free Plan
The Free plan is completely free — no payment, no refund needed. You can use it indefinitely at no cost.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time, we will provide a prorated refund for the affected period, regardless of the 7-day window.
International Payments
International users paying in USD via card are also covered by this refund policy. Refunds will be processed in the original currency charged.
